How it works

The CNC Apprenticeship program is a two-year program that combines on-the-job training with classroom instruction.

 During the first year, apprentices will spend four days a week working in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, and one day a week in the classroom.

 In the second year, apprentices will spend three days a week working and two days a week in the classroom.

 Upon successful completion of the program, apprentices will earn a journeyman's certificate and be eligible for career advancement opportunities. 

Program requirements include having at least 18 years of age and being currently enrolled in high school or having a GED.

Apprentices are paid an hourly wage during the program and upon completion, they will have an opportunity to earn a pay differential while they work towards their journeyman certification. 

Program length can vary depending on each apprentice’s needs but typically takes about two years to complete.
